Our maple-cured hams are simply ham-tastic. These first of the season hams are mild, delicate, juicy and tender. Cured with smoke and maple, these are made especially for us by the Fantasma family in Trimble, MO using our heritage breed pigs.

Ham is a great value. It will feed a crowd, and any leftovers can be incorporated into soups, beans, salads, eggs, or pasta. The hams are fully cooked, so can be served as is, or glazed and baked for a more spectacular presentation.
