Orders are shipped Monday- Thursday. Order deadline is 8AM EST for same day shipments.
If you ordered a Heritage Turkey please note that it will arrive Tuesday, November 26th, and a tracking number will be sent to you the week before. If you wish to change your address or cancel your turkey, you may do so until Monday, November 11th. Remember, unless you told us otherwise, all other items in your order will be shipped on the next available ship date, NOT in November with your Turkey.
If ordering for a future ship date, include desired delivery date in Comment Box upon checkout.
We ship frozen unless noted otherwise. For fresh orders call our offices.
You will receive an e-mail when you place your order and again when your order ships containing the tracking number.
The product will be shipped with frozen gel packs or dry ice in insulated containers to preserve the cold chain.

All our meats are raised on pasture with no antibiotics. Pork is sourced from Certified Humane Six-Spotted Berkshire and Red Wattle stock. Porter chops also come from Large Black, Gloucestershire Old Spot and Duroc stock.

Unless you have chosen a specific delivery date in our Comment Box we will ship as soon as possible via Federal Express or UPS. Heritage Foods USA can ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

All orders with the exception of Heritage Turkeys can be canceled with no penalty until 2 days before the shipping date.
