  • Saguaro Syrup (aka bahidaj sitol) – One 1.5 oz bottle
    This thick, mahogany colored molasses is the most rare of the world's fruit syrups. Made from hand-harvested saguaro fruit, cooked slowly over mesquite fires, its unusual, deep flavor is indescribable.

     
  • Brown Tepary Beans - One 2 lb bag
    The world's most drought-adapted domesticated bean, high in protein and rich in fiber. The texture is firm when cooked, and imparts a nutty flavor.

     
  • White Tepary Beans - One 2 lb bag
    The slightly sweet preferred beans of the Tohono O'odham people.  They have a firm texture that makes them wonderful in salads or stews.

     
  • Dried Cholla Buds (aka Ciolim) – One 4-oz bag (equals 1 lb when hydrated)
    Picked from Buckthorn cholla cactus in early Spring, these highly unusual buds are part of the traditional O'odham diet and are rich in calcium with blood sugar lowering properties. About the size of a thumb, they can be eaten boiled, roasted or sauteed. Flavor tones range from artichoke to asparagus.
